Change can be almost anything. It can be pretty straightforward or very complex. Challenging transitions can include burnout, career change or retirement.
Be inspired to think big and bold about your whole life and create the life that you want. Get support in setting goals around choices and directions, and be held accountable for the results.
The work requires a joint investment in the coach-client relationship and involves the exploration the following areas:

Brainstorm to find the most effective pathway to reaching goals
Build a meaningful plan around the resonant pathway

Format: The coaching sessions can either take place face-to-face, over the phone or via skype
Frequency: 8 sessions over 3 months, including:
Discovery Session (two hours)
6 x one hour coaching sessions
Completion Session (one hour)
9 hours of coaching
Unlimited email access
"Just In Time” (10 minute calls) coaching as needed
Discovery Session Summary Document (10 pages)
Session Fees: The most cost-effective way is to pay for the block of 9 hours up-front prior to the coaching sessions, as a discount can be applied. Alternatively, coaching sessions can be paid for monthly in advance by bank transfer on the first day of each month. Pricing can be discussed as part of the sample session.
Availability: Mon-Fri 8am - 5:30pm
Session Completion: At the end of the 3 months you can decide if you would like to continue your coaching work. If so, the coaching service agreement is established on a rolling month-to-month basis, which can be ended with 14 days notice.
